12 Reasons to Live in Boone, NC

Looking Back Over 2013 in the High Country

year2013-boonerealestate

As we look back on 2013, Boone Real Estate had a fantastic year – thank you!  We wouldn’t be in business if it wasn’t for you and we are forever grateful for our loyal clients.  As Realtors, we know you have a choice for real estate services in the High Country and we sincerely appreciate your business.  Thanks for making 2013 one to remember!

Being a Realtor in Boone and Blowing Rock, NC definitely has it perks.  For one, we get to traverse the mountains over the course of a year and get to see some incredible scenery.  We take pictures.  Sometimes it’s almost as if you don’t have a choice to take a photo.  We’re constantly on the run and day in/day out we’re outside in the elements.  We catch the pretty sunsets, see the fog lifting off the valley floors, feel morning dew between our toes, the list could go on forever.  One of my favorite things about this area is the four distinct seasons. The mountainous terrain is incredibly unique which in turn makes every piece of real estate one-of-a-kind.  You’d be amazed how much different Blowing Rock is to Bethel or Boone is to Banner Elk.  You could own a piece of property on top of a ridge with killer views or you could be down on the Watauga River in Valle Crucis.  The choice is yours.

So now, without further ado, here is a glimpse into my life as a Realtor in High Country – year 2013.  There are 12 months in a year and these are the 12 reasons you should buy a home in Boone, NC!
