Hebron Rock Colony is a fantastic area with personal swimming holes scattered among the Boone Fork Creek. This location is more for soaking in the natural tubs and laying out on the rocks as opposed to all out swimming.
Proximity from Boone: 15 Minutes.
More Info: Hebron Rock Colony is great fun for the entire family. This place has a little bit of everything. Giant boulders litter the Boone Fork Creek forming natural pools. There are plenty of these tubs and finding the perfect one is part of the adventure. If you like to creek walk or just lay out in the sun, check out Hebron. Don’t forget your Chaco’s, your feet might get wet!
Parking: You cannot park on Old Turnpike anymore, will get towed! You can only access through Price Park now.
Approach: Easy 10 minute hike to base of Hebron. Continue up creek to the goods.
Camping: No.
